Justice Corona can't monopolize power which is beyond the court's jurisdiction: congress control over the amending process, political question doctrine which falls within the president, or political branches, the power of governance allocated by the Constitution to affect substantial public policies, & so forth. The less-fortunate public school students will never forget President Aquino's administration for its 2012 educational budget to foster quality education in the public schools. I do believe that President Aquino, a statesman, agrees with Dewey's devotion to democracy is matched only by his devotion to education: "Only an educated citizenry, & educated not only in the acquisition of knowledge but in the capacity for active social life, would make a genuine democracy possible." X-OUT> After leaving d golf course, I came home, and wife was gone. Called her cell and she said she and her visiting daughters were out jogging, and if I would join them for dinner at a Vietnamese restaurant that just opened next to Jolly Bee. The New Vietnamese restaurant was packed. Mostly Filipinos and other Asian & ethnics. Dinner was sumptuous. Waitresses were nice, reciprocal & fast. The service terrific. My dinner, including pre dinner soup and salad Was cheap $6.95 + tax. No wonder it was packed. I caught on right away. The restaurant makes little per capita, but does it with the shear volume of customers. I'll be back. As I pulled out of the parking lot, I looked through Jolly Bee's wide front window, and saw only 3 customers eating.

KALI: My understanding is that Mabuhay Philippines has been used in many ways. When the country participated in international conferences, the country uses Mabuhay Philippines pavilion; PAL uses Mabuhay miles. There is a singing group called Mabuhay singers and a hotel called Mabuhay Manor. The word Mabuhay has been there for quite a while. The word "Mabuhay" is not as old as Deo and I would wager my remaining aluminum centavo for the accuracy of that statement!

Salamat.. btw, as per my experience, the Philippines is the safest place, next to Saudi Arabia. Reason being is the environment inspires you to take care. and be vigilant. When I came to Canada that was when I got victimized by thieves at the airport in Vancouver.. Took me 3 weeks to get over it. Of all the travels, dito pa ako nasalisihan.
