Heads up to Judge Solis-Reyes hearing the mass murder charge against Andal Jr and the Ampatuans complicity to this gruesome crime. My instinct compels me to ask those voting for the five candidates in PNL’s website what the standards are that candidates must satisfy before one gets to live gratis in in Malacanang (at people’s expense)? Is education a necessity (college degree earned locally or abroad)? Does experience in business and politics a must? Does reading, speaking and writing skills really that important? How conversant should a candidate be in domestic, foreign, economic, financial, and military issues? From experience, those who have much of the above will bring Marcos and GMA again; those who have short resumes would bring to this country Erap (and FPJ almost). Gibo was aware of the violent behavior and character of the Ampatuans and the arming to the teeth by his own party of that family .He was the DND chief and privy to much of the political and military decisions affecting ARMM and Maguindanao. MNLF supports Mangudadatu politically but GMA supports the Ampatuans with GUNS and GOLD. Too bad his association with GMA is not helping Gibo. The plan to prolong the presidency of GMA is becoming clearer. She will not be stepping down when her term expire in July 2010. One of the plan is to ensure that there is failure of election by a combination of subplans. One of this is by declaring martial law in Mindanao. How?
